The American Petroleum Institute (API) has recently certified Mississippi-based Schulz Xtruded Products (SXP) as the very first company worldwide in accordance to API 5CRA, licence number API 5CRA-0001. This achievement helps make SXP one of the leading Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) manufacturers of nickel and high corrosion resistant alloys. Oil country tubular goods is a family of seamless rolled products consisting of drill pipe, casing and tubing subjected to loading conditions according to their specific application.
SXP specializes in hot extruded and cold finished high corrosion resistant pipe for the oil and gas industry, and is equipped with the most modern and state-of-the-art equipment to serve the global OCTG market. Casing and tubing made of nickel alloys and super duplex are target products for SXP.
